Our products are handcrafted from natural materials. Due to the nature of leather and hand workmanship, there may be slight differences between the products and their images.
In case of faults and/or damage due to production, you should contact us via the contact section on our website within 14 days. When the return is approved, you will be sent the necessary information for return shipping.
Once we receive the product, we will review your return application within 5-10 business days and if appropriate, your product will be replaced with a new one. If your request is for a refund instead of an exchange, your refund will be made within 10 days if your application is approved after review. Depending on your payment method, the reflection of the refund amount to your account may vary according to your bank’s processes.
If the defect and/or damage in the product is caused by use or if the product has been used, exchange or refund is not possible.
You can return the product you have received within 14 days without stating any reason, provided that it has not been personalized and has not been used. In this case, the shipping and return fees belong to the buyer. When the product is received by us, the product price is realized within 10 days after deducting the shipping cost.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and gift items, if any.
